We’re looking for an entrepreneurial and collaborative associate strategy director to be the day-to-day leader on our largest account.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

LEAD

• Development of strategy, creative briefs and presentations
• Discovery and articulation of consumer insights from data and research
• Inspire the creative team with consumer behavior insights, cultural & tech trends
• Building strategic knowledge about the various target audiences of our client
• Collaboration of strategy with creative, account, media, analytics
• Design and implementation of research projects to address client business issues, gain insight into target audiences and testing of concepts

PARTNER

• Development of creative ideas from brief to finished product
• With analytics team to gather data and monitor progress of campaigns
• With creative and media to write and present idea platforms and overall communication plans
• With multiple client contacts, working directly with them and building relationships

MENTOR

• Manage team members
• Coach multi-discipline team members on various projects and improve their work

WHAT YOU’VE GOT

• Minimum 6 years of experience in brand planning in an agency environment
• Can easily adapt (and enjoy) to both B2B and B2C projects
• Must be a creative thinker and problem solver
• Write and communicate in a sample, jargon free manner
• Use storytelling to create and deliver presentations, briefs
• Experience working on integrated strategies: social, digital, brand strategy efforts
• Experience and expertise with multi-channel communications
• Ability to perform primary and secondary research
• Can work independently with clients
• Experience / Interest in finance is not a must but a good plus
• Bachelors degree
