HVAC INSTALLER

Detmer and Sons, Inc. is a leading Heating, Geothermal and Air Conditioning contractor in the Dayton and Springfield, OH area. We have been serving our valued customers for three generations.
The HVAC Install performs installations, serves as a resource and coach to the install technicians/helpers, and provides superior service to our customers.

We have an opening for a Residential Installer and a Commercial Installer.

The ideal candidate places a high value on customer satisfaction, takes ownership of their work, has solid problem-solving skills, and is a great team player.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2 years HVAC experience required (the more, the better!)
• Must be able to pass our standard background check and drug test
• Requires a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Available for on-call and weekend shifts as needed
