This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic learning and development team in a fast-growing company. The team is responsible for onboarding, positional training, managerial and leadership development, and driving engagement and company culture.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will design, create, and deliver engaging learning content such as e-learnings, job aids, e-learnings, learning plans, learner communications, job playbooks. Examples include:

• Create and maintain e-Learning and microlearning content with a variety of authoring tools predominantly Articulate Rise
• Develop additional content as required such as course outlines, training aids, assessments, and job playbooks.
• Support the development of processes for training content pipeline, including intake, validation, review, launch, etc.
• Develop virtual instructor-led content for dynamic presentations and effective interactions. May require some facilitation as needed.
• Manage the learning development process, including stakeholder request management, needs analysis, development, delivery, evaluation, and revision.

You will also be responsible for LMS administration. Examples include:

· Updating employee records manually and in batch, including working on process for automation.

· Manage courses, curriculums and ILTs, setting up automatic enrollment rules based on learner demographics.

· Identify and implement opportunities to improve functionality, look/feel, and user friendliness.

· Support learner issues with LMS access and functionality.

· Support migration to new LMS (if applicable).

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in instructional design and training facilitation
• Experience building engaging and impactful learning content - from analysis to evaluation
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Embody and champion the company values.
• Desire for continuous improvement for the 

Preferred:

• High degree of fluency in Articulate 360 and Rise, video and audio capturing and editing, and MS suite tools. 
• High-level experience in managing LMS activities, including setup and execution of role-based curriculums. 
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Target pay range: $70-80K
