We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our pack at Life of Riley DC in Washington, DC!
Reports to: General Manager
Starting Pay Range: $17.50 Hourly
Schedule: Part-time
Primary Responsibilities:
Requirements:
Expertise & Experience:
· One year’s experience in a customer service role or retail sales.
· Professional animal care/veterinary experience preferred.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to utilize a multi-line phone system and work on a computer system.
· Ability to always display professionalism.
Physical:
· Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
· Ability frequently lift 40 pounds.
· Ability to stand for the duration of shift.
· Ability to stand, walk and climb stairs frequently.
· Ability to handle dogs on leashes.
· Ability to work in an environment with exposure to disinfectant/sanitation chemicals, animal dander and excretions.
