Destination Hospitality Restaurant Group in Snowmass Village, CO is looking for one bar manager to join our team. We are located on 110 Carraige Way Suite 3106. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and engaged.
The Bar Manager oversees all aspects of the bar and lounge including food and drink service. Provide friendly and attentive service to create an exceptional experience for all guests. The Bar Manager must help create and enforce systems that promote a smoothly running bar and lounge area
and will always help maintain a positive attitude and cohesive team mentality.
The Bar Manager commits to the ambitious pursuit of knowledge that will improve the efficiency of the
bar and the enrichment of the customer experience
Responsibilities
- Manage all areas of the bar including inventory levels, Liquor and beer ordering, cleanliness and safety
- Ensure liquor license is up to date and in accordance with legislation
- Hire, train, and develop new bar team members
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner
Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of bar equipment used
- Licenses or certifications that apply in the area
- Experience in a bar position preferred
