Destin Realty is Hiring a Maintenance Worker Near Destin, FL
Looking for a maintenance person for a busy Destin condominium.
Some Duties include, but not limited to:
-Common area cleaning
-Interior and exterior maintenance on the building, grounds, and in units.
-Troubleshoot cable problems and remotes, reconfigure wireless routers, repair wifi issues.
-Repair and installation of some common household appliances.
-Landscaping around the property
-Understanding HVAC operation, diagnosing cooling and heating issues, and changing air filters, etc. -Changing door locks, repairing furniture such as replacing sofa mechanisms, tightening bolts and screws on furniture, painting, light sheet rock repair, replacing commode fill valves, flappers, flushing handles, etc. and much more.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
