You are a highly motivated and organized individual that is constantly seeking challenging opportunities with the potential for career advancement. You get excited about keeping the office organized and helping things run smoothly in the background. You are excited to learn as much as possible about the Real Estate Industry by interfacing with multiple departments which handle various phases of the process from Acquisitions through Construction.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Perform general administrative duties, including administrative support to others where needed through multiple departments.
  • Aid office and field personnel in project administration, correspondence, and coordination which may include document control, contract administration, maintaining submittal and RFI logs.
  • Answer and direct all office phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) 
  • Greeting visitors and coordinating in-office meetings as required.
  • Input data into multiple project management software systems when new projects or changes take place
  • Ordering office supplies and coordinating building maintenance as required.
  • Plan and coordinate office events such as retreats, culture building, lunch and learns, and happy hours.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization in coordination with a weekly cleaning company.
  • Assist with special projects across departments as needed.
  • Ordering and setting up catering for meetings and office events.
  • Being at the face of our Social Media management of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn

Requirements Include:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with proven experience prioritizing work
  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with detail orientation and accuracy
  • Proficient skills in Google Suite and adobe PDF software
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally; both verbally and in writing
  • Requires strong editing and proofreading skills and overall responsibility for the quality of materials submitted
  • High personal motivation, drive, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to develop additional skills that allow for increased efficiency of admin operations
  • Positive attitude – flexible team player that does not mind interruptions with a never settle mindset
