We are seeking a mid-level landscape design professional with 5 years of experience to join our Houston office.
Provides landscape architecture, planning and project management services to a wide variety of private and public clients; defining the direction of small-scale projects and portions of larger scale projects. Moving toward project designer role and/or project manager role on projects and may wear either hat from time to time. Projects include, but are not limited to, landscape design, urban design of public and privately-owned spaces, land use planning,and community development.
The salary for this position is $65,000-$90,000, dependent on experience. This position is benefits eligible. Benefits include comprehensive health, wealth, and well-being benefits. Ownership of the company is held in an ESOP Trust, which is funded entirely by company contributions, and all employees participate. This is designed as a long-term retirement benefit, with the employees’ accounts increasing as the value of the business increases.
