Position Description:The Project Coordinator supports the project management team. The Project Coordinator manages and facilitates purchasing activities and ensures the ongoing project and Company goals are being met.

Position Responsibilities :• Reviews pricing on orders to ensure that they reconcile with the quotation
• Ensure specification accuracy with Design Team
• Issue purchase orders and monitor order status/dates
• Collaborate with suppliers on shop drawings (when required)
• Creates Project Status Reports for Project Manager(s)
• Resolve any supplier problems and prevent late deliverables with the PM
• Process all quote revisions
• Create and track status of potential Change Orders and follow up with Project Manager(s) and suppliers
• Process all credits.
• Maintain customer information in CRM and project information in system
• Assist in completion of approval process and release orders to suppliers
• Manage supplier performance and delivery to established KPIs
• Coordinates with the Project Manager and Installation team to ensure dates meet project timeline requirements

Reports To: Manager of Project Operations

Start Date: Within 30 days

Work Hours: Typically, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST. Some work from home allowed based on workload after 90 days.

Compensation: Includes market-based salary. Position includes full-time employee benefits package consisting of medical insurance, Paid holidays, 401K, and PTO. Position has a 90-day probation period to determine if you are a fit for the position.

Qualifications and Skills Desired:• GED or equivalent
• Two plus years related experience
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Accurate and precise attention to detail
• Able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to identify problems and strategize for better solutions
• Goal-oriented, organized team player
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
