Tucson, AZ
Warranty cancelation and refunds.
Customer vehicle payoffs.
Used vehicle purchases and payment.
Providing administrative assistance to the accounting department.
Assisting with audits, compliance reviews, and other mandatory reports.
Reconciling and maintaining accounting schedules on a monthly basis.
Other responsibilities as needed or assigned.
Requirements:
- Experience using a dealership management system (DMS)
- Strong communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and with a team
- Proficient in Excel
