Description

As an integral part of the visual communication team, the digital artist will work in partnership with other artists and the architectural design department to compose realistic computer renderings of DES projects. Our renderings serve as vital pieces of visual communication that relate our designs to the user before the building is built.

• Work closely with various company disciplines to translate design concepts with direction of the design team
• Produce finished animations and renderings for presentations, proposals, interviews, and promotional programs

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of Visual Effects industry experience
• Ability to work closely in a small team environment with fast deadlines
• Expert working knowledge of Photoshop, 3ds Max, Vray, and Corona
• Experience creating digital paintings of photo realistic environments based on concept art and/or photo reference
• Possess a strong understanding of light, color, and perspective
• Possess excellent artistic communication skills as well as an excellent eye for detail
• Knowledge of After Effects and Unreal Engine a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphics, Visual Design, or Architecture
• Ability to work in a hybrid work environment
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without any restrictions or requirement of visa sponsorship now or in the future
