ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Other duties may be assigned.

RFX Content Development and Project Management (60%)

· Coordinate proposal and pitch deliverables from kickoff to development to production to delivery

· Provide technical writing, technical editing, document management, content development, and production coordination, as needed

· Assist account teams in the development, review, editing, and production of custom/unique content 

· Apply brand positioning and service/capability differentiation under the direction of account/corporate leaders

· Supervise graphic design involvement, document approvals, and production standards

· Lead project management efforts with all relevant and directly responsible members of the account pursuit team

· Partner with key internal stakeholder to ensure accuracy and high-quality deliverables in RFX responses

Sales and Prospecting Support (20%)

· Partner with marketing stakeholders to help in the development, implementation, and communication of sales enablement materials

· Partner with corporate sales and marketing stakeholders to support prospecting initiatives through project management, marketing automation, and writing

· Project manage sales support requests from receipt through completion 

· Recommend content and information to account teams for specific sales initiatives 

· Suggest process improvements and new ways to elevate sales enablement and prospecting

Brand Promotion and Communications (20%)

Case Studies:

· Monitor impending and existing business for next story opportunity

· Assist in writing new success stories for internal and external consumption

· Assist in the research, interviewing, story creation, and production of various case study deliverables

Brand Messaging

· Partner with Marketing Manager to communicate company purpose, vision, and beliefs to employees and prospects

· Provide insight and ideas for website content

Awards

· Research award opportunities and identify applicable Derse projects

· Help devise, write, position, layout, and submit entries

Key collaboration with:

· Internal RFX & sales partners: Pricing, Sales, Operations, Account, Creative Teams

· Marketing: Graphic Designer(s), Content Writer, Marketing Manager, Strategist

· Corporate sales: VP of Sales and Marketing, VP of Client Development

KEY PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT:

· Proactive collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality RFX responses on time and to specifications 

· RFX win rate

· Flawless execution of written responses and content

· Proactive support and identification of opportunities to improve RFX process and deliverables

· Support in the development of (2) case studies / success stories per quarter 

· Support in the implementation and execution of (2) prospecting initiatives per quarter

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience. A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing supporting new business development efforts and/or client deliverables 
• The ideal candidate will have experience with creative writing
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
• Needs to be able to function with ambiguity and troubleshooting scenarios
