Responsibilities and Duties
- Preloaded trailers to be picked up at customer center and making deliveries to various store locations
- Touch Freight
- Driver unloads trailers at customer centers
- ** No Merchandising required by driver ****
- 1500 weekly average miles
- 3 loads average weekly
- 3 to 5 stops week per trailer
- Perform pre/post trip inspections, comply with state/federal hours of service requirements, and operate the vehicle in accordance with DOT regulations.
- Responsible for accurately accounting for freight and inspecting the condition to prevent rejection or potential claim issue.
- Valid Class A CDL
- 3 Months experience
- Clean MVR
