Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services is Hiring a Senior Project Manager Near Oklahoma City, OK

About the Position: The incumbent will directly report to the Senior Program Manager of Court Involved Treatment Services and assist supporting the family treatment court (FTC) approach and deprived systems treatment services across the service system. The individual selected will supervise a team of individuals working with the FTC and Deprived Court treatment services and will provide leadership and support in the development of services to these systems across the state. The incumbent will be responsible for providing support and training to courts across Oklahoma who are interested in developing a FTC. This person will also be responsible for oversite and reporting on several federal grants and initiatives and will attend FTC related meetings to increase awareness of the program.

  • Primary Working Hours are M-F; 8-5 
  • FLSA Status: Exempt 

Minimum Qualifications and Experience: 

Master’s degree in behavioral health, social work, sociology, public health, or related field and four years in behavioral health, social work, and/or substance abuse OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have experience working with Family Treatment Courts and deprived systems and at least 2 years of formal supervisory experience.

NOTE: No substitution for a bachelor’s degree. 

Special Requirements:

Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position.
