Description
The Systems Administrator 2 (SA2) is a full-time, exempt position of Denver Rescue Mission (DRM) which must agree with and abide by our Statement of Faith and Ministry Principles. In addition, all employees must comply with policies as summarized in the DRM Employee Handbook.
POSITION SUMMARY
The SA2 has day-to day technical responsibilities associated with development, administration, and support of a variety of enterprise services such as but not limited to: Office 365, Azure AD, Intune, SharePoint, cloud virtual infrastructure, enterprise VoIP, and some legacy Active Directory services. The SA2 will work directly with the Technical Support Manager (TSM) to understand the current and future technology needs of DRM and respond to those needs through advancing current systems or identifying the need for new technologies. The SA2 will also be responsible for training the IT team on new practices and procedures related to end user support and the maintenance IT infrastructure. This position is a part of our help desk and will also be responsible for responding to escalated end user tickets and asked to regularly assist with end user support.
Hiring Range: $62,000 - $77,500 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
