Position Description

We are looking for an Accountant to join our team to assist with the invoicing and payables processes in addition to various other tasks.

Responsibilities

· Deposit checks, clear ACH payments

· Open the mail Scan and email to AP automation system

· Stuff envelopes and mail out our invoices and checks

· Assist with monthly invoicing

· Set up ACH payments from customers and credit apps for vendors

· Assist Senior Accountant with submission of invoices and payments from vendors

· Assist our snow removal division head with timecard reporting for snow invoicing (data entry).

· Coordinate payment approvals with subcontractors.

· Assist people that come into the lobby

· Various other tasks

Qualifications:

· Experience with Quickbooks Desktop and Concur or Certify is a plus

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $31.25 per hour
