DentServ Dental Services is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Pelham, NY

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced office worker to join our team. This is a full-time in office position Mon-Fri.

 Responsibilities:

  • Administrative office work
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Act as the point of contact for clients
  • Liaise with senior staff and fulfill requests and queries from senior managers
  • Perform other office related duties and projects as assigned

Requirements and skills:

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrative Assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills-a must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
