Dental Patient Coordinator

This is a big, fast-paced, fun practice with an excellent mentor and team members! This role is an integral part of the office team with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. He/she works closely with patients and clinical team members, coordinates appointments, manages schedules and patient flow, and assists patients with financial arrangements. The Patient Coordinator also reaches out to patients on a daily basis and is seen as a key point of contact internally and externally. The Patient Coordinator is the face of the practice! Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a dental practice preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft and software applications
• Excellent verbal communication

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule patient treatment appointments
• Reschedule patients who miss appointments
• Contact patients to complete treatment
• Manage dentist and hygienist schedules 
• Work with our clinical team to effectively manage daily patient flow
• Provide communications and information to appropriate team members
• Execute all treatment paperwork including consent forms, policy forms and exit paperwork
• Adhere to confidentiality, state, federal and HIPAA laws and guidelines

We work diligently to ensure all our patients and staff feel safe and protected while in our office. We have the proper PPE for the staff and are CDC COVID-19 compliant.
