DENTAL ORAL SURGERY is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near Bayonne, NJ

About us

DENTAL ORAL SURGERY is a small business in Bayonne, NJ.

We are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the waiting room, answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments. In addition, the Dental Receptionist will aide in surgery preparation by organizing surgical tools, maintaining sterile environment and applying necessary dressing. A creative and motivated individual with a proven track record of ensuring customer satisfaction is what we're looking for.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments for patients and other dental officials.
  • Answer questions about the services provided by the facility.
  • Greet patients and families verbally and nonverbally.
  • Transcribe medical information into patient records.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing papers and assisting other dental staff.
  • Answer questions regarding billing procedures.
  • Assist in surgery.

Job Type: Part-time
