- 2-3 years of experience preferred
- Proficient in ceramic and resin restorations
- Experience with endo and oral surgery is a plus
- DMD or DDS from an accredited US dental school
- Valid state dental license (or in the process of obtaining)
- Ability to maintain state-required insurance coverage
