We have an immediate opening for FULL-TIME Customer Service/Administrative Specialist in Sacramento, CA.

Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm M-F.

Summary : Perform Customer Service and General Administration for the company by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Provide courteous and friendly telephone support to customers and prospects. Support is provided via inbound and outbound telephone and email communications.
• Support both Accounting and Sales departments with general administrative tasks and telephone/email outreach to customers and prospects.
• Perform Order Distribution tasks as required to ensure accurate, timely receipt and shipment of company products. Perform order preparation, work order entry, invoicing and packaging.
• Assist with the generation and mailing of month-end customer account balance statements.

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Data Entry.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Service.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Excellent professional communication skills.
