We are small, progressive, non-smoking, dental office with a focus on our patient’s overall dental health and wellness. The Financial Coordinator position is available for an outgoing professional, with excellent communications skills.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Answering phones
• Scheduling, patient check in and check out
• Collecting and posting payments
• Insurance verification and claims
• Processing insurance claims and payments
• Financial treatment planning
• Presenting and discussing finances
• Maintaining accurate electronic patient records

Requirements:

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Friendly, positive demeanor, must be a contributing team player
• Great organizational skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Must have experience in a Dental office - experience with scheduling and insurance verification preferred
• Must be flexible, a self-starter and have the ability to learn new skills
• Strong computer skills and the aptitude to learn new programs
• Resume must demonstrate stable employment history
• Dentrix experience preferred
