Life Science Facilities Engineer ™
Job Description:
Working in dynamic multi-tenant Life Science buildings and reporting to the Facility Director, successful candidate will coordinate and/or perform the preventive maintenance and corrective repairs of utility systems, equipment, and grounds. Working under limited supervision, monitors building system operations and performance with complete oversight of building automation system. Leads maintenance staff, contractors and employees as designated. Provides best-in-class customer service.
