DIG, Laborer/Operator – 100% travel - Locations and job sites vary
Summary/Objective:
No experience is needed, we will train you. The general laborer performs tasks involving physical labor at project sites. They may include cleaning and preparing a job site, loading, and delivering materials, and, once proficiency and safety have been demonstrated, using a variety of tools and machines such as blowtorches, forklifts, lifts, power drills, grinders, saws, and pressure washers, and the potential to operate any equipment pertaining to the operations of the facility including a dredge. The position may assist other workers as requested.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works in outside weather conditions including extreme heat and cold. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
The position lifts heavy objects, walks and stands for long periods of time, and performs strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions. The employee lifts push-pulls or carries objects; uses abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. The position requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multilimbed coordination. The position requires the ability to quickly move arms and legs. The employee must have excellent stamina.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
Travel will be weekly but not necessarily daily travel from Schedules that will vary based on the company’s needs.
Travel: Extensive travel. All work is outside.
Required Education and Experience
Additional Eligibility Qualifications: Must possess or be able to obtain a valid and appropriate state driver’s license prior to employment.
