The Executive Assistant reports to the Deputy Chief of Staff (Deputy COS) and works closely with the Chief of Staff (COS) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This individual is a change agent who will execute administrative tasks and projects aligned with the vision and success of the Office of the CEO and the organization at large. The Executive Assistant will spend 60% of their time executing tasks for the Office of the CEO and will spend 30% of their time executing tasks for the Director of Development.

Compensation
Our salary schedule is commensurate with experience and starts at $40,000. This is a non-exempt position under FLSA. Democracy Prep employees are provided with a benefits package that includes medical, vision, and dental insurance, 403B matching, parental leave, tuition reimbursement, a smartphone, and a laptop.
