Description

Demco is seeking individuals to work in our Paint department. Experience with liquid & electrostatic painting strongly preferred. Must have experience using a paint sprayer and be able to pass a pulmonary function test and be fit for a respirator. Demco provides a competitive compensation & benefits package that takes into account your skills, and expertise.

Staring at $20.75-$25.67 based on experience. Up to $4,000 sign on bonus based on experience!

Hours are Monday - Thursday 6am-4:30pm and Fridays as needed, based on production

Requirements

Primary Duties:

• Paint according to work order
• Replace filters and assist with maintaining paint system
• Attend all required safety training
• Conscientious of following procedures and keeping accurate records
• Mentor and train other employees
• Complete jobs on a timely and consistent basis
• Work as a team and be self motivated to work independently
• Actively look for new and improved ways to do things
• Meet reasonable production goals
• Maintain a safe working environment
• Assist in paint prep and packaging areas as needed
