We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join our team. If you possess the following experience and abilities, then we encourage you to apply!
Responsibilities:
- Handling Multi-Line Phone System, Answering Calls and Texting Technicians
- Assisting With Giving Purchase Orders
- Service Call Set Up
- Preparing Daily / Weekly Work Schedules
- Maintaining On-Call Schedule
- Checking in Parts with Shop Manager
- Maintaining All Secondary Customer Websites
Requirements:
- Microsoft Suite
- Google Docs
- Well Organized / Detail Oriented
- Dispatching Experience
- Must Work Well with Others, Dispatching is a Socially Interactive Position
- Pleasant Telephone Voice
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Ability to Perform in Fast Paced Environment
- Comfortable with Construction / Mechanical Atmosphere
Other Details:
- Hours: Monday through Friday from 7:00am-4:00pm with 1 hour lunch time TBD
- Salary Determined on Experience $42k - $55K
