The Opportunity For You: Delve is seeking a front-line manager to help lead our analyst teams in producing high-quality, forward-looking reports to inform clients’ understanding of individuals, organizations, trends, and issues that may impact their policy and business objectives. This manager will report to the Research Director and collaborate with senior firm leadership to ensure our clients view us as an indispensable part of their public affairs efforts.
Who You Are: A driven researcher, focused analyst, and skilled writer with at least 5 years of experience producing background research reports, policy or legislative analysis, and similar documents who is passionate about finding small details that can make a big impact for clients. This position is ideal for a mid-level public affairs or campaign professional, Capitol Hill staffer, or former Executive Branch appointee looking for a long-term growth opportunity with a growing and innovative firm.
