Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Registrar. The Registrar plans, directs, and monitors all registrar functions and operations within the National Security Space Institute (NSSI), including student applications and registrations, student records, posting class schedules across all NSSI databases, and graduation certificates for all courses. They verify the registration process and acts as a central communication resource for information related to student records management. In addition, they are NSSI’s Training Request Quota Identifier (TRQI) manager and are responsible for training accountability of students, including student tracking information.
The Registrar maintains a collaborative working relationship with the faculty and staff to ensure all registration and supporting requirements are articulated and administered per NSSI procedures, and guidelines.
The Registrar serves as the NSSI Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator. The LMS Administrator is responsible for: implementing and maintaining an LMS for the NSSI, the day-to-day operations of the Learning Management System (LMS), including training users; editing and publishing learning content; ongoing system improvements; resolution of system issues; generating reports; and assisting learners with troubleshooting issues in accessing and leveraging learning resources.

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $60,000-$80,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Delta Solutions & Strategies considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and business considerations when extending an offer.
