- Work with Delta IT development squads to implement best practices for reliability and performance with the applications and services they support.
- Design, develop, test, debug, and automate tasks for applications.
- Troubleshoot incidents to address failure patterns, automate remediation through runbooks, and document application optimization.
- Build and support a reliable application suite for the environment in order to meet the development and maintenance requirements of systems/platforms.
- Work with development teams to evaluate the health, stability, and reliability of applications.
- Utilize and monitor alerts, dashboards, and management tools to ensure the availability, reliability and performance of applications and services.
- Constantly work to improve and implement automation of applications tasks.
- Provide technical support for systems/platforms according to application Service Level Agreements.
- Design and develop resiliency in the application code, troubleshoot incidents, engage with squads to address failure patterns, and participate in incident management.
- Telecommuting permitted 2- 3 days per week.
