Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time or part-time Porters to join our team at Yavapai Hotel in Grand Canyon, Arizona. As a Porter, you will perform any combination of light cleaning duties around the hotel, both inside and out, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, sweeping, and restroom cleaning in both the front and back of the house. 

Minimum pay rate: $13.85 / hour

• Perform any combination of light cleaning duties-vacuuming, dusting, mopping, sweeping and clean restrooms.
• Assist in team member housing area with cleaning and laundry duties.
• Disinfect equipment and supplies, using germicides or steam-operated sterilizers.
• Empty wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal and recycle areas.
• Observe precautions required to protect hotel and guest property and report damage, theft, lost and found.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Six months of experience in housekeeping preferred.
• Driver's license required with ability to safely operate motor vehicle. 
• Attention to detail using care while cleaning, removing waste, and operating equipment. 
• Ability to report concerns and provide protection to hotel and guest property. 

• Ability to lift, move, and maneuver a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Ability to pull heavy carts and stock throughout the facility.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and other ranges of motion for an extended time.
