Overview

Delaware Nation Industries (DNI) is currently looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our firm in an effort to support the Fires Support Test Directorate (FSTD) in their enterprise environment. This position is primarily Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week and requires the applicant to be able to obtain a Secret clearance. Responsibilities

• • • Work hand in hand with government to ensure all target goals are being met by the team
• Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
• Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
• Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
• Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
• Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity

Qualifications

• Ability to lead/work with minimal direction in team environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Exceptional verbal and written skills
• Knowledge of budgetary processes
• Ability to create work/effort estimates within scope of contract
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) industry best practices
• Experience with organizing and streamlining process improvement for product and service development
• Proven ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies
• Ability to analyze existing systems and make recommendations on which technology best suits the business requirement

Skills and Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of a Bachelors (BS) Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics Science, or Equivalent.
• Active Secret Security Clearance
• CompTIA Security Certification
• Requires at least ten (10) years in management positions with ten (10) years of military testing and evaluation experience.
• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
• Any exposure to Agile planning and methodologies would be a plus.
