Overview

Delaware Nation Industries (DNI) is currently looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our firm in an effort to support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)'s Air Traffic Organization (ATO) and its directorates through expert technical analysis, air navigation services, administrative, and managerial support services to meet a variety of needs of the FAA’s ATO and to support the operational mission of the ATO and aid the ATO in achieving its organizational and programmatic goals and strategic directives. This position is primarily Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week. Responsibilities

• Responsible for successful execution of contract including all work orders
• Act as primary point of contact for the contract
• Interface with Service Unit Leads and government
• Work hand in hand with government to ensure all target goals are being met by the team
• Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
• Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
• Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
• Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
• Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity
• Ability to lead/work with minimal direction in team environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Exceptional verbal and written skills
• Knowledge of budgetary processes

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of a Bachelors (BS) Degree in
• Requires at least fifteen (15) years of relevant experience
• Extensive experience with the FAA is preferred
• Experience in ATO training, finance, air traffic, and other ATO functions
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP) or equivalent project or program management certification is required
• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
• Located in Washington D.C. or Oklahoma City, OK highly preferred
