Position SummaryDel Taco is seeking an individual aspiring to build a strong IT foundation actingas the technical point of triage and resolution for enterprise level applicationssupported by IT. They will work directly with the business and externalvendors to analyze application specific issues and provide a path towardsresolution. Expand the company Knowledge Base with help desk articles, user guides, and other supporting documentation for applications. Escalation point for application related configuration requests and incidents. Escalation point for application related configuration requests and incidents. Escalation point for application related configuration requests and incidents. Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley IT general control compliance for in-scope applications. Provide production implementation support. Resolve first level application issues and most second level application issues. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Experience:1. Minimum Education (or substitute experience) required· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent work experience in a related field.2. Minimum Experience required · Prior experience building and supporting IT application development in a food / retail industry preferred 3.
