Our expansion has created the need for an energetic and motivated Sr. User Experience Designer to join our Product Team. We are seeking a hands-on designer with strong prototyping skills. If you would like to work at a fast-paced company that is experiencing high growth, keep reading!
Your challenge:
The Sr. User Experience Designer will play a critical role on our Product team to drive continued company growth. Your core deliverable is generating rich, thoughtful, accessible designs that align to user need and exceed client expectation.
Responsibilities include:
- Defining user need; champion that need from ideation through to feature release.
- Iterate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, journey maps and prototypes (low and high fidelity).
- Identify risks and assumptions, define the research needs to resolve those assumptions.
- Convert research results and ideation into prototypes that tell a visual story.
- Engage with Product Management, Engineering and Quality to explain interaction design and the benefits achieved by the interaction design decisions.
- Present design decisions to the team while advocating user need.
- Leverage and support and grow our existing design system.
- Collaborate with other Product Design Team Members (UX Designers, UX Writers, Design System Manger) providing and reacting to feedback.
Requirements for this role
- 5 to 10 years of user experience design
- History of designing for B2B
- Online portfolio that demonstrates process
- Experience with design systems
- Experience with design tools, preferably Figma
