Role Summary

Deerfield Agency is a hands-on environment where we give everyone an opportunity to roll up their sleeves and actively work with both clients and internal cross-functional teams to effectively manage all projects. Considered candidates have demonstrated traits of being an entrepreneurial self-starter, solution-oriented, and possess a high level of attention to detail. Deerfield Account Supervisors are a critical component to the success of the Client Services team and the overall health of our client accounts. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Demonstrate consistent ability to grow client business and agency revenue
• Develop, measure, monitor and analyze client success criteria
• Be directly responsible for client relationship 
• Develop and lead client presentations
• Act as a mentor to junior staff members by providing meaningful development opportunities 
• Demonstrate deep understanding of client’s business categories
• When appropriate, make recommendations for contract hours reallocations based on client/agency objectives
• Build a portfolio of proven effective work at a high agency standard
• Bring new and innovative solutions to client and agency marketing challenges

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Past Experience in Healthcare / Pharma Account work is strongly preferred
• Consistently demonstrate attention to detail
• Identify and communicate creative solutions for clients, and initiate project timelines with internal stakeholders
• Proven ability to create effective and well-constructed, client-ready written communications
• Multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Manage both internal and external teams on the path towards a common goal
• Natural ability to make sound decisions, and take initiative as a self-starter
• Enthusiasm to learn internal processes/workflow quickly
• Desire to mentor team members and help them grow within the organization
• Proven ability to succeed in a team-oriented environment as well as independently 
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
• Knowledge of the digital and print advertising landscape is preferred
