Job Description
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for maintaining all public areas of the lodge, ensuring the cleanliness of our lodge.
PRE-REQUISITES:
- Must be able to frequently bend/stoop, wipe, push and pull. and occasionally squat and lift up to 50lbs regularly.
- Must be able to work holidays, weekends and other shifts as necessary.
- Must be able to be standing or walking for long periods of time.
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform tasks within production and service time frames established by the company.
- Must possess good customer service skills and ability to work as a team with fellow co-workers and management.
- Must possess valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a background check.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:
Through the training process and your current experience, the following skills and abilities are required to successfully perform this job:
- Clean all public space areas in the resort, including public patios.
- Report any lost and found items.
- Completes all assigned projects on a daily basis.
- Maintains the Housekeeping area in a safe, clean and orderly manner.
- Performs guest requests as needed in a timely manner – to include extra towels, roll-aways and other amenities as requested.
- Performs laundry and housekeeping (cleaning rooms, making beds, etc.) duties as needed and as assigned.
- Answer housekeeping phones in the appropriate manner as posted by the telephone.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
