Deep End Talent Strategies is Hiring a Sales Manager Near Indianapolis, IN

Deep End Talent Strategies is helping our client, Beeson Construction, grow again by adding a Sales Manager.

This is a great opportunity to lead a team, even bring your team over, to a reputable, long-standing, residential home improvement company on the south side of Indianapolis.

Beeson Construction, Inc. currently has an opening for a Sales Manager where there is a NO-CAP earning potential with the opportunity to earn a base salary in addition to commission and sales bonus incentives. Beeson Construction will be extremely intentional while introducing you to our sales system and setting you up for success!

Ideal Candidates will bring:

  • The ability to run company-generated lead appointments that come in.
  • Experience in recruiting, training, motivating, and managing a sales team.
  • The ability to network and build relationships to expand business with new clients.
  • Understanding and being able to maximize territory performance accordingly.
  • The preparation and execution of a daily sales plan.
  • The ability to have a strong understanding of the sales process to educate and sell company products to new and existing clients.
  • Continual follow-up with past clients to make sure we accomplished the task of meeting their needs.
  • Staying connected with current customers to maintain the established relationship.
  • To ensure the job is completed in a timely manner, you will collaborate with the estimator and production team.

To be successful in this role, the individual should possess the following:

  • Industry experience and at least 2 years of sales management experience, ideally in residential construction or home improvement.
  • Roofing and/or Window sales experience preferred.
  • HS Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong negotiation skills as well as the ability to remain flexible during the negotiation process.
  • The continual and ongoing ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and sales tracking ability.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow within current role for the potential of promotion within the company.
  • Persistent drive to sell and ability to problem solve.
  • Have significant knowledge relating to the south side community of Indianapolis/Greenwood/Beech Grove.

Additional Requirements for this role are:

  • Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Valid Indiana driver's license and driving record our insurance company would deem insurable
  • We conduct criminal background checks on all candidates post-job offer
