Mobile Maintenance Technicians at Peninsula Truck Lines are responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and making repairs to our fleet of tractors, trailers and off-road equipment to ensure the safety of our drivers and others as they travel the roads of the Pacific Northwest. Additionally, the Mobile Maintenance Technician must be a self-starter as they work at remote terminals throughout Western WA performing scheduled service and repairs. The environment is family orientated and fast-paced.

Requirements:

• 3 years minimum experience as a diesel mechanic actively working on on-highway equipment.
• Cummins, CAT engine experience a plus
• Basic knowledge of vehicle electrical systems
• Basic knowledge of vehicle after-treatment systems
• Basic knowledge of both air and hydraulic braking systems
• T series ASE certifications preferred
• Experience using Noregon JPro software, Cummins Insight, and other OEM diagnostic platforms required
• Must have own tools
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Ability to obtain a CDL
