Summary: The Safety Manager leads and manages the Company’s safety initiatives and safety loss control programs in an active manufacturing and field service environment. This role assures that the safety program is designed to follow OSHA regulations and other industry standards. Effective communication with employees, third-party contractors and customers is needed. This role will oversee accident investigations with the high-level focus on eliminating work related injuries through policy management, training, inspections/audits, and worker’s compensation management. This role leads key aspects of the safety function including compliance initiatives, safety training identification & development, environmental and risk assessment, reporting, and the driving a safety culture that promotes an injury free workplace.
