Dearborn YMCA is Hiring a Summer Camp Counselor Near Mobile, AL
Summer Camp COUNSELOR ANNOUNCEMENTPT position:
Monday - Friday between 7:30-5:30 p.m.
Summer camp teacher 8-2
Summer camp counselor 7:30-12:30,12:30-5:30
Applicants must possess a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of two years’ experience of serving children in a school or summer camp setting. Must possess a mature and professional attitude, be proficient in Math & Reading, be able to develop and implement a variety of age-appropriate, creative, fun and educational activities, and possess the ability to engage, guide and help children ages 5-14 to develop effective social and conflict resolution skills while maintaining a safe and nurturing environment. Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a 15 passenger minibus. A drug screening, background check, physical, food handler’s permit is required.
