A full-time opportunity is available in our Lisle based technology company. Fast-paced environment, the ability to multi-task is required to successfully manage customer demands. We are seeking a full-time, experienced Accounting Manager. 

Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with customers and other departments
• Process new customers and Maintain customer files
• Assist in the formulation of internal controls and policies to comply with established best practices
• Manage transactions, invoices, etc., and reconcile accounts to assist with monthly or annual closing
• Help in the development of reports for managementand maintain various tracking reports
• Account Reconcile, recognize discrepancies and analyze account information
• Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile transactions
• Utilize accounting IT system to facilitate processes and maintain records
• Assist in management by recommending financial actions and analysis
• Ability to review customer agreements and check for accuracy as well as compliance

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Accounting experience
• Solid knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and regulations
• Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes
• Deadline-Oriented and effective time management
• Monthly Reportingand Reconciling
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel required)
• Experience with QuickBooks professional services required
• Well-organized with the ability to prioritize
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Payroll experience is a plus
