DCS is looking for a test engineer to support the test and evaluation of Mounted Assured Position, Navigation and Timing solutions.

Essential Job Functions:

Write the Test and Evaluation Master Plan, in coordination with ATEC & DOT&E, using strategic strategy provided by test manager.

Enable cohesive day-to-day planning and execution of all system testing.

Explore ways to automate testing, providing repeatability/statistical confidence, and explores new test approaches that reduce personnel footprint needed to execute events.

Ability to optimize data analysis approaches to support concise insights resulting from all testing to inform decisions.

Support test manager in all aspects of stakeholders management (PM, ATEC, DOT&E, MITRE).

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Bachelors' degree in Engineering and 5 plus years of experience.

Secret security clearance is required.

Position requires up to 25% travel.

Mastery of DoD Acquisition policy as it relates to test and evaluation.

Understanding of Test and Evaluation Master Plan, stakeholders, and how to get approved.

Proven problem solving abilities to deconflict technical nuances needed to ensure successful test execution.

Ensures test equipment, data analysis plans/tools, and teams have what is required to execute.

Works closely with integration counterparts to ensure all products are integrated with all required platforms needed for testing (ATEC test event(s) and integration related testing).

Actively explores scenario development to accomplish successful execution of the dynamically changing PNT threat.

Willingness to actively lean-in on complex situations to find ground truth and achieve overarching test goals.

Maintains involvement in all aspects of current test execution, day-to-day execution problem solving, and collection of configuration controlled results.

Creates effective relationship among all product office functional counterparts need to achieve the mission) (e.g., integration, APMs, logistics).
