In this role you'll work as part of a team of IT professionals supporting our end users with hardware and software, helping enable a highly productive workforce. 

Requirements

Responsibilities Include:

  • Timely and courteous operational support and troubleshooting of Windows-based workstations and other Information Technology devices utilized by end-users.
  • Maintains and provides operational support of Windows Active Directory and Group Policy.
  • Consults and troubleshoots with users to determine hardware, software or system issues concerning the company’s network system and daily operations processes.
  • Participates in the patching of end-user devices and applications.
  • Assists the Director of IT Infrastructure with implementation of strategic infrastructure initiatives as needed.
  • Understands and adheres to Company information, security, and privacy responsibilities as detailed in the Information Resource Usage Policy, Employee Manual, and client-specific publications. 

Skills/Experience:

  • Strong commitment to customer service and operational excellence
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge and experience with support and administration of Windows-based workstations
  • Exposure to structured change control procedures 

Education: 

  • A two-year associate/technical degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
