WHO ARE YOU?

Your job is to deliver visually amazing designs that align to our client’s strategy, the customer journey, and to deliver operational success. Our project designs include retail remodels, new build ground-ups, corporate headquarters, clinics, urgent cares and dental offices for clients across the country. Having the ability to illustrate your ideas and appropriately convey your concepts to clients is key.

This individual will assist us in future aspirations within our Design Department focusing on Financial Institutions and Healthcare.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 7 years of Design experience working with an Architectural firm
• Commercial / retail, office and healthcare experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, needed for effectively communicating and presenting to clients
• A creative mind and spirt that elevates those around them in a professional and fun working environment
• Proficient in the following software: AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, PowerPoint, and basic Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Knowledge of and experience with LEED is an advantage but not required
• The ability to travel to our clients located throughout the continental US. (Most trips average 1-3 days)

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?

Creating Conceptual Designs: computer illustrating site plans, building architecture, space plans and conceptual vignettes within a collaborative team structure. Specification of furniture, fixture and equipment selections. Exterior shell building design with material specifications, structural and MPE coordination.

Creating Floor and Ceiling Plans: CAD or REVIT plan backgrounds, sections, elevations, and detailing.

Designing Millwork and Components: design of custom millwork pieces specific to client’s needs. Integration of current technologies into furniture pieces and producing preliminary shop drawings for dimensional and material specifications.

Client Interactions: lead client meetings and presentations of design solutions with a knowledgeable and comfortable experience; supported by a team of interior designers and subject matter experts.

Designing Architecture: design of interior and exterior environments specific to the financial institution, corporate headquarter or healthcare facility. Incorporation of cutting-edge technology into the customer journey.

Communicating with Municipalities: ability to contact the governing authorities, understand the project requirements and perform the project due diligence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
