We bake the best rolled wafers and they are sealed with a trademark swirl at our vertically integrated bakery. Our wafers are enjoyed throughout the US and internationally.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing and optimizing existing wholesale accounts and other accounts as assigned.
  • Budgeting, planning and forecasting wholesale account business monthly and annually.
  • Account level sales planning & prospect funnel management
  • Daily inputting of account/customer activity in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Attending tradeshow events to support the commercial side of the business.
  • Interdepartmental cross training to support sales and customer service functions as needed.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • College degree and / or combination of education and 5 years’ experience in sales, customer service and research. CPG sales experience highly preferred.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal and writing communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Track Record and ability to build customer relationships.
  • Ability to understand customer needs & propose solutions that meet them within company parameters.
  • Must work effectively in a team environment; collaboration with peers and colleagues; as well as being capable to effectively work independently.
  • Business acumen to ensure sustainable revenue & profitability growth.
  • Analytical ability and business acumen to analyze & prioritize opportunities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of sales funnel management & customer relationship management tools (CRM) and MS Office tools
  • Develops and maintains good rapport with prospective customers.
  • Travel required (10% of position will require travel).
  • Ability to qualify and present to new sales prospects both over the phone and in person.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently and in small groups.

Pay: $44,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
