Position Info
The Reservations Supervisor position will focus on increasing call quality of the reservations team, assisting hotel guests on reservation calls, training and follow through on Grand Hotel policies and procedures. Block reservations for suites and to accommodate special requests. Monitor all reservations received. Post advance deposits to correct accounts. Run confirmations. Strong attention to detail required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
Prior experience preferred
Read, write and speak English fluently
