Primary Responsibilities : 1) Responding to customer requests - Handle incoming calls & emails 2) Accounts payable & purchasing functions 3) Accounts receivable & invoicing functions 4) Moderate data entry 5) Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Knowledge and Skills : 1) Customer service oriented - email and phone talented with a positive outgoing personality 2) Strong skills with various office software, including Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Salesforce and other database or CRM software.

3) Great written and verbal communication skills to deal with people internal to the company, as well as with customers.
