Seeking highly self-motivated experienced professionals to be part of a great customer experience team in Pembroke Pines / Weston area supporting the Aerospace industry.
As part of our top level team you will be interacting with some of the leading companies in the aviation, medical manufacturing industries;
while gaining valuable experience, and reaching for the stars. Primary Responsibilities : 1) Responding to customer requests - Handle incoming calls & emails 2) Accounts payable & purchasing functions 3) Accounts receivable & invoicing functions 4) Moderate data entry 5) Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Knowledge and Skills : 1) Customer service oriented - email and phone talented with a positive outgoing personality 2) Strong skills with various office software, including Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Salesforce and other database or CRM software.
3) Great written and verbal communication skills to deal with people internal to the company, as well as with customers.
1) Minimum of high school diploma - Associates or Bachelors degree preferred 2) Minimum of 3 years in customer service or related position 3) English and Spanish speaking Salary and Benefits : KELI Labs is a drug-free workplace.
