• Maintain the Standard of Care in Preventative and Periodontal Therapy
• Patient Education and Co-Discovery w/ Patient and Doctor
• Commitment to Patient Retention through building rapport
• Professional Commitment to Advanced Continuing Education and Training
• Maintaining the Goals set in this department
• Maintenance of the hygiene department according the the practice guidelines
• Hand-offs that connect the clinical and administrative departments

• Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist
• Soft Tissue Laser and Sealant Certified (Preferred)
