DataVizion is Hiring a Client Success Manager Near Lincoln, NE

The Impact You'll Make

The Client Success Manager collaborates with the Sales and Engineering teams to develop supported business solutions using technical discretion and judgment with advanced knowledge of IT manufacturers, representatives, and suppliers.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist the Account Management and Technical Services teams with onboarding new managed IT service clients.
  • Become a strategic partner by staying up to date with assigned clients' challenges and opportunities. 
  • Facilitate recurring in-person business reviews with all assigned managed service clients. Perform IT budgeting and forecasting activities as agreed upon or requested by the client.
  • Review clients' monthly service delivery reports, systems reports, and invoices to ensure accuracy and proactively address any anomalies or problem areas.
  • Proactively work through the contract and licensing renewal queues while carrying out equipment and software quoting and procurement requests.
  • Partner with Account Managers to identify and track future project opportunities, retain client services, and build client loyalty. 
  • Help DataVizion’s SMB Project Services Team align project objectives with the client's IT strategies, budgets, and goals.
  • Periodically serve as a point of escalation and communication during critical circumstances, business-impacting outages or sensitive service issues. 
  • Assist with creating and documenting internal standard operating procedures related to the Client Success Manager position.
  • Stay current on the new products, solutions, service offerings, and pricing.
  • Previous experience in information technology is preferred but not required.
  • Business & strategic planning, risk management, and/or change management experience.
  • Understanding and practical experience with basic project management methodologies and best practices.
